Useful, funny quick read

Honest raw look at Pete’s journey from being the overweight kid with an incredibly negative self-image to the successful guy he is today who is inspiring many with his dedication towards healthy, real living and his goal of helping others achieve the same successes.
Pete gets it, he understands those destructive voices we have in our heads that tell us we’re not good enough, we’re not this enough, we’re not that enough. While it’s heavy stuff, it’s written like a conversation with a highly motivational friend who has insights and suggestions you can actually use. It’s a quick read with many great take aways.
