Carole Matthews never disappoints!

Carole Matthews is one of my all time favorite authors and you know when you get one of her books it is going to be good. She writes her characters so that you feel like you know them and like them. This story was so wonderful and Sally is all of us just wanting better for herself and ger son. This was just a great story and you are really rooting for Sally.

For a chic lit book, this one has a refreshingly different setting - a housing project in Liverpool. Sweet characters, and a satisfyingly meaningful plot (albeit a bit thin in spots) makes this a nice read.
