Tony Cleaver is a Visiting Lecturer at the Universidad de los Andes and at el Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administraci�n (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia. He was previously Senior Teaching Fellow in Economics at the University of Durham, UK.
